電機工程師：要求工科電機或機電類本科畢業(yè),英語4級,有1年以上在電機制造行業(yè)的開發(fā)、工藝工作經(jīng)驗。主要職責如下：
1、負責新產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和開發(fā)的組織與實施。
2、負責產(chǎn)品技術(shù)要求方面與顧客的溝通，準確全面了解客戶對產(chǎn)品的要求。
3、負責建立、完善設(shè)計開發(fā)的管理程序，規(guī)范設(shè)計過程，完善設(shè)計輸出文件。
4、負責產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計更改的實施與控制。
5、完善各崗位操作的操作規(guī)程、對現(xiàn)場各崗位的作業(yè)進行指導(dǎo)。
6、負責產(chǎn)品圖紙、技術(shù)資料的管理、確保資料規(guī)范、齊全、準確，便于查找。
7、負責顧客提供的技術(shù)資料（包括樣機）的管理。
8、負責新產(chǎn)品樣機制作。
9、協(xié)助供應(yīng)商開發(fā)科開發(fā)新零件和新供應(yīng)商。
10、負責產(chǎn)品新零件性能、新更換廠商新產(chǎn)品零部件的測試、確認。
1、Organization and conduction of new products design and development.
2、Technical requirement communication with customers and get know of customer requirement with products as well as possible.
3、Establish, regulate and perfect design action and output document management.
4、Control and execution of design changes.
5、Perfect operation regulations and give guidance to operations.
6、Management of drawings, technical documents and ensure their accuracy for sorting.
7、Management of customer supplied technical datas (including samples).
8、New product sample manufacturing.
9、Assist OBU to develop new accessories and suppliers.
10、Testing and confirmation of new accessories, suppliers and parts.
